Meet the Founders
Romeo & Shayna
Sadū was born from two lives that chose Italy and found each other here. Shayna, a holistic chef and nutritionist from LA who left everything familiar to start over on an olive farm in Umbria. Romeo, a Tuscan man who spent five years in New York, came home, and saw Florence with completely new eyes. They met in 2023, in the city they are now building something in together. Between them they carry years of experience across wellness, hospitality, finance, and food. And one belief that ties all of it together — that what you consume and where you consume it actually matters.
